Yiwu Sewage Main Pipeline Project
The Yiwu Sewage Main Pipeline Project utilizes centrifugal cast fiberglass-reinforced plastic pipes with sand core produced by our company. Specifically, the Jiangbei Main Sewer Line (I) for the supporting project of the Yiwu No. 4 Sewage Treatment Plant has specifications ranging from DN1200 to DN2000, with a total length of 2,257 meters; the Jiangbei Main Sewer Line (II) for the same project has specifications ranging from DN800 to DN2000, with a total length of 2,920 meters; The Xiangxi Side Sewer Main and the Bee Flavoring Factory Sewage Lift Station Sewer Main (Phase III) in Yiwu City have specifications ranging from DN800 to DN2000, with a total length of 7,435 meters; the Chengbei Ershisanli Section Sewer Trunk Line (Phase IV) in Yiwu City has specifications ranging from DN600 to DN1000, with a total length of 7,811 meters; Yiwu City North City Road Side Sewer Trunk Line (V), with specifications ranging from DN600 to DN1000 and a total length of 2,283 meters; Yiwu City Fourth Sewage Treatment Plant Supporting Trunk Line, Choucheng Section (VI), with specifications ranging from DN600 to DN1000 and a total length of 2,936 meters; Total length: 25,643 meters.
Centrifugally cast fiberglass-reinforced plastic (GRP) pipes not only feature resistance to chemical corrosion, high flow capacity, long service life, and ease of transportation, but also offer light weight, rapid installation, suitability for deep burial under soil, and excellent sealing and seismic resistance. The large-diameter pipes used in this project feature a high-stiffness design, with a maximum stiffness of 15,000 N/m². The geological conditions along the project route are complex, with numerous sandy and gravelly soil layers that are prone to landslides, making excavation extremely difficult. The maximum burial depth of the pipeline reaches 18 meters, making it the deepest excavation pipeline project in China to date.
